Delivery Policy
After ordering a copy of Residentia Group online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have correctly provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within 1 working day. We will then contact you to arrange delivery and attempt to send your goods via courier or registered post within 14 working days.

Rates—Domestic Delivery (Australia)
For all Australian orders, we offer various shipping fees  depending on the size of the product. This will be specified at the time of purchasing during the check-out process.

Rates—International Delivery (New Zealand)
